Hotel Policies:
Guarantee Booking and Cancellation Policy : Room booking must be guaranteed either by credit card number with an expiration date or through an online payment Room booking, which is not guaranteed, will be held until 12:00Hrs on the day of arrival. We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount during the stay.
Cancellation Policy: Guaranteed reservations can be cancelled or amended free of charge two days(48Hrs) prior to arrival, latest by 12:00pm(noon). In case of guest NO SHOW or late CANCELLATION, one night room charge plus applicable tax/fee will be automatically charged to the given credit card or other payment method.
No-Show Policy: If fails to arrive or cancel within the specified timeframe, the reservation would be charged a no-show fee, which may be equal to one night's stay or a percentage of the total booking value on your credit card or other payment method.
Refund Policy: These allow for cancellations within a certain timeframe, often with a fee if cancelled after the deadline. In the event of any refund to be made, it would be through bank transfer only. The amount will not be credited to the same credit card.
